Refund & Return Policy

At LegalMedsEU, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the sensitive nature of medical and wellness products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to protect product safety and comply with legal standards.

General Policy

• All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
  • Prescription or restricted products.
  • Items not in their original sealed packaging.

Eligible Returns

We may accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged or defective.
• The product was delivered past its expiration date.

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Return Process

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, you will need to return the product and place a new order.

Non-Delivery / Lost Orders

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
• Claims will be investigated with the shipping carrier before a resolution is issued.
• We are not responsible for orders delayed or seized by customs authorities.
