Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Claims for missing or damaged parcels may require supporting evidence (photos, tracking details).
• LegalMedsEU is not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before completing your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs, or failure to collect the package, shipping costs are non-refundable. Reshipping may incur additional fees.
